Rob's Priorities

  • Daily life has gotten too expensive, and Rob understands the cost of living crisis that our neighbors are facing. That’s why he’s working hard in Harrisburg to bring costs down.
  • Rob’s taken on corporate giants by demanding transparency, removing junk fees, and keeping utilities low. Most recently, he sponsored legislation to hold large tech companies accountable for the energy their data centers use, ensuring that your utility bill never rises a cent because of data center construction.
  • Rob’s also passed legislation to increase transparency and accountability of the companies that provide our electricity, ensuring that Pennsylvanians are always getting the best deal they can on their utility bills.
  • Rob has fought against tax increases time and time again, including when he helped secure the largest tax cut for seniors in decades. Rob has cut taxes seven times, worked to continue the Working Pennsylvanians Tax Credit, and helped continually reduce the corporate net income tax so that hardworking Pennsylvanians keep more of their paychecks in their pockets.
  • Rob won’t back down until we put an end to the cost of living crisis, and he’ll work with any member from either party to make that happen. When folks are paying outrageous prices at the pump and in the grocery store, Rob knows that what matters is solving the problem, not the party affiliation of those who do so.

  • As a parent of a public school graduate, Rob knows how important it is to invest in our youth. He has delivered historical increases to our public schools’ funding and fought to keep politics out of the classroom so students can focus on learning.
  • Rob also recognizes how important outside-of-the-classroom programs like school sports are to our children’s development. That’s why he passed legislation to hold the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association (PIAA) accountable.
  • Rob secured millions in funding for apprenticeships, trade opportunities, career and technical education, and vocational programs that work directly with public schools to meet the unique needs of each student, setting them up for a successful professional life regardless of their plans after graduation.
  • Rob will always deliver on his commitment to bring back money to our public schools, invest in our educators, and make the classroom a safer place for kids to learn and grow.

  • Rob has protected healthcare coverage for all by taking on the corporate giants exploiting our most vulnerable neighbors. When he went up against greedy pharmaceutical companies, he won, keeping prescription drugs affordable and accessible. He’ll continue to fight for strong healthcare for all of Beaver County, because paying for quality medical care is never something that should be a cause for concern.
  • Rob helped make health insurance coverage available to small businesses, because the size of your employer should never be a barrier to quality healthcare.
  • Rob fought to safeguard our senior citizens from sexual predators in nursing homes, because he knows how important it is to protect those who kept us safe for so long.

  • Rob is a supporter of workplace safety protections for all employees, including those in the public sector. He’s fought on the House floor to make sure the safety of public sector employees never falls through the cracks.
  • Rob has secured funding to increase awareness of apprenticeships in the building and construction trades so that budding tradesmen and women can have every possible opportunity to succeed.
  • Rob has fought for fair wages to be paid on any construction projects invested in by the state, because he recognizes the need to create well-paying jobs for the hardworking individuals on the construction site.

  • When rural and underserved communities needed access to reliable broadband internet, Rob worked with both parties to erase the digital divide and created more jobs in the process.
  • Rob led the effort to bring the Royal Dutch Shell cracker plant to Beaver County, creating thousands of new construction jobs and resulting in billions of dollars in investment.
  • Last year alone, Rob brought back millions to fund water, wastewater, and transportation improvements; update municipal vehicles and equipment; and provide additional resources to our first responders, because he knows how critical it is to fund our local infrastructure. He’ll keep bringing money back to Beaver County so that local government can work the way it’s supposed to: for the community.
